Ph.D. in Chemistry from Georgetown University, serving as a professor, Principal Investigator (Pl) and Director at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, affiliation Chinese Academy of Sciences (“CAS”). Recognized as a "One Hundred Talent" scholar by the CAS. He has been dedicated in solid state chemistry since Ph.D. and has a successful track record of research and publications. He now leads a research team of 30+ member, focusing on developing more stable and bioavailable health ingredients using cocrystal technology.

Mrs. Xu graduated from The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill with a Master's degree in Accounting and also holds a Master's degree in International Law from East China University of Political Science and Law. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. She served as financial director at corporate level in a HK-listed top medical device company for 5 years. She worked in PwC LLP (Shanghai office) and Ernst & Young LLP (New York Office) for over 13 years in the group of cross-border M&A and international tax planning, respectively.

We perform all tests using validated methods, including USP, EP, or our proprietary protocols, all aligned with cGMP standards.
We engage accredited third-party laboratories to validate our internal results and enhance our quality assurance processes.
We issue a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis for each batch, summarizing test results for identity, purity, strength, and safety.
We conduct ongoing stability testing to verify shelf life and ensure long-term product integrity.
We uphold our quality system in accordance with global regulatory standards for dietary ingredients.
